Full & Partial Dentures

Dentures are necessary to replace missing teeth. More than aesthetic reasons, dentures improve the chewing ability of a person and also the pronunciation of words on your everyday conversation. There are two types of dentures: Full and Partial.

Full Dentures are usually recommended when you have lost most or all of your natural teeth due to either tooth decay or severe gum disease. On the other hand, Partial Dentures are recommended if only a few teeth are missing. They mainly prevent the misalignment of the remaining permanent teeth. They are usually removable and they are much easier to maintain as compared to Full Dentures.

Though dentures are artificial replacements for missing teeth, it is still important to follow the right oral hygiene. Our dentists can supply you with the right information on proper oral hygiene and other personalized dental care you need to improve on your overall oral health.
